I just bought a used Pathfinder over the weekend, yes a pathfinder at Lamborghini Houston! Phillipe Trussell made the buying process so easy and fun. I could not have asked for a better experience
I contacted two other dealerships in the Houston area by phone and said I was buying today and writing a check for the full amount. One dealership was out of the way so I asked if they would be willing to come down on the price! The salesman said he would find out and call me back but never did. The other was less than a mile away from my house. I called and the salesman that answered said he was busy and he would call me back but never did. So I called again and told him I wanted to test drive a car. We went to test drive the car but felt rushed the whole time! He was not very professional. After our test drive he told me he couldn't budge on the price. Then he shook my hand and ran off back to the showroom.
We went back home gave Lamborghini Houston a call. The receptionist said the sales department was at lunch and she would take my number and have someone call me back. Less than 30 seconds later Phillipe called. Told him the same thing buying today and asked if the car was there? He said he will find out and call me back. He RESPONDED BACK to me within 5 min. Made the appointment, negotiated, made some jokes, laughed, and drove off in my new car two hours later.
That's how buying a car should be fun and easy. Never thought I would buy a car from a Lamborghini dealership. Wow! The cars are nice but the people there are worth a lot more!

"Sharing my Experience on Lamborghini Dealership in Houston, Texas".

It all happened on one of the late evenings while I came back from work, when I received a Text from Phillipe Trussell, in response to my email regarding my interest in "just listed MB G 63 Amg", while my search for G63 Amg had been going on for Months, I was able to find the Vehicle with options I desired at Lamborghini Dealership in Houston Texas.

 Phillipe was very honest, open and understanding to learn about my vehicle needs and willing to work with me with what I can Offer. I did not felt with him, someone trying to give undue importance to irrelevant matters and was able to get me immediate and clear response from his GM about what they can do for me regarding my interest in this vehicle.

I made a deal in 10 Minutes over my Cell Phone and only spoke to Phillipe after agreed on Price, which I was comfortable with and having reserved the Vehicles on a late Evening,through my Credit Card

Philipe was very reassuring and earn my trust very quickly with his honesty in this deal. He even had informed me that he will be on Vacation and I can contact his GM for any needs regarding this Vehicle, giving me his contact information, after the Vehicle was delivered to me.

The Vehicles had been shipped the first working day of the week, he even send me video clip while G 63 was being loaded to be shipped to my Residence.

I am so satisfied with this purchase and even after all this deal was done and Vehicle Delivered, he went extra miles to get me new Manual and let me order a second key for this Vehicle as well. Of course, it is an extraordinary vehicle and in immaculate condition, even better then I expected, no exaggeration about its condition, while describing this vehicle about listing.

My wife and I wanted to thank you and your wonderful staff for making the purchase of our new 2009 Corvette such a memorable experience.  We were treated as if we were the most important clients you had, making us both feel comfortable and confident with our decision to buy this vehicle.  I have never been treated so well by a dealership staff, and we have bought a lot of vehicles over our lifetime. 

Phillipe was our first point of contact on Wednesday night and I had a lot of questions.  He not only answered our questions quickly, but he went out of his way and took extra pictures and texted pictures of any and all areas on the car that had imperfections so I would know exactly what needed to be fixed.  It was late in the day and he was going home within an hour or so but he worked fast talking to the mechanics about the car getting confirmation on brakes, tires and other areas of concern that I questioned.  Had he not dealt with me so quickly I would have lost interest in the car and consequently I would not have my dream car today.  If he said he would call, he did it!  If he told me he would send me something I had it in my inbox within a few minutes.  I was so impressed with his professional attitude and he never once let me down.  When my wife and I arrived today we were delighted to drive up and see our new vehicle sitting there ready and waiting for our test drive.  After we got back and confirmed that we were ready to finish paperwork he made sure Leesa was waiting for us with all of our paperwork.

Which brings me around to Leesa Foster.  What a delightful lady.  Once again we were treated like we were million dollar clients, and the most important people she met.  She spent a tremendous amount of time explaining warranty options available and giving us sage advice on what we need and what was important.  We signed on the dotted line and in no time at all we were on our way in our new car. Oh and you came out of your office and introduced yourself to my wife and me, again making us feel like VIP clients.

"I was searching nationwide for the "perfect" Aventador Roadster. After owning a Verde Ithaca Murcielago, I couldn't go with just a "normal" color on the Aventador. I found myself on Lamborghini Houston's website, and there it was, a 2014 Blu Cepheus Aventador Roadster. I knew I had to have it. I immediately emailed the sales office, and literally, near instantly, got a response from Phillipe Trussell. I first gave him an insulting low ball offer to test the waters. Usually, sales associates would either ignore you or say something rude in response to your less than reasonable offer. He professionally replied that that is below their cost, and we negotiated for about a week, including taking in a trade on a 2012 Ferrari 458. Who would think of buying a used car worth more than One Hundred Grand, over the internet, and sight unseen?  If you deal with Lamborghini Houston, you will find it to be a risk free, painless process.

I was looking for a specific model of Bentley.  They had one on their website taken in as a trade.  They sent me any information and all pictures I asked for, car history, and Carfax.  We negotiated a fair price including delivery. It was after the deal was done that the folks at Lamborghini Houston really shined above any dealership I have dealt with.  Winter weather was terrible at their end and my remote delivery site.  Normal carriers were refusing to take the load because of the ice storms and holidays.  They hired a reputable, dedicated hot shot delivery costing them considerably more than they expected in the deal but held to their word of on time delivery.  All during this time, they kept me informed daily of the issues.  This was not the end of their follow through after the sale.  The car was delivered in perfect condition, except for a remote key fob not working correctly.  They had it replaced for me at my closest dealer.

So, if you are looking to find, buy, and have delivered a fine supercar, look no further than Lamborghini Houston.  They will do right by you.  As a class act, I will go out of my way next time I need a toy to work through them again.

Many of you may remember that a little over a year ago I had some bad dealings with Lamborghini Houston. After a few rants, some things were changed and some new faces appeared thanks to this forum and others. I wound up with the car of my dreams after it was all said and done. Fast forward to 16 months later and over 8K miles on the new car. It was time for its first service. I have since found friends at Lamborghini Houston like Eric, Raj, Zack, Phillipe, and Junior. Two weeks ago I left my car there for service. The first thing Monday morning Junior called to notify me that he had my car and would take care of it. The car was finished by Wednesday. This Thursday they called to see what time I would pick it up so that they could have it washed and ready for me. I picked the car up today and it was clean and ready. The bill was actually less than expected and nothing was added on. When I dropped the car off it had less than 1/4 tank of gas. I told my wife we would have to stop for gas as soon as I picked it up. To my surprise the tank was FULL. Not only that but when I checked my bill there was no charge for it. They have truly earned my business. To all at Lamborghini Houston, Raj has been my salesman for several years. He has been a gentleman from the very beginning. Recently I was interested in purchasing a McLaren MP4-12C. I had never driven the car and Raj offered to let me drive one of the McLaren Spiders in Lamborghini Houston's inventory so I could experience the ride. Needless to say I was excited once I drove the car and Raj was able to find a coupe at the price I wanted to pay in a short time. Not only that, he gave me top dollar for my trade-in. When I came in to take delivery of my new car everything had been prepared in advance. The experience was quite pleasant. Lamborghini Houston even arranged to have my car shipped to Dallas for the service that it needed on their dime. I can't say enough about the professionalism and customer care at Lamborghini Houston.

Last week we purchased a 2012 Cad

illac Escalade from Lamborghini Houston and we are very satisfied with the entire deal.  My wife shopped the internet and we made several inquiries over the past 2 months.  When she ran across this deal it was the exact package that she wanted and the price was very good in comparison to what else was out there.  We contacted salesman Phillipe Trussell by e-mail and then by phone and he was a pleasure to deal with.  Once the deal was sealed we flew to Houston to sign paperwork and then drive the Escalade home, all of this was done in one afternoon.

We dealt with Phillipe, Chris, and Julia while at Lamborghini Houston and we were pleasantly surprised by the down to earth atmosphere there.  I was apprehensive that the personnel of a high end dealership might not be too friendly towards us as buyers of an off brand vehicle but that was not the case at all.  They all were very helpful, friendly, and most of all down to earth so we appreciate that.  I am sure they treat all their customers this way and it makes vehicle buying a pleasure for people like us.
