LIMITED TO 40 RIDERS AND 30 DRIVERS PER GROUP.

This event will be organized to minimize track congestion and maximize enjoyment, so we've limited the amount of spots available to 40 riders and 30 drivers per group, this will keep all participants safe and give them the most enjoyable experience possible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


  • Will a car be provided for me to drive? -- No. Each registrant must provide their own vehicle in order to utilize COTA.

  • Do I need my own insurance? -- Yes. Our recommendation is OpenTrack

  • Can I have a passenger in my vehicle? -- Passengers have to also sign their waivers and must be 18 years or older to ride along in a vehicle.

  • What insurance can I go through for this event? -- Insgroup Insurance.

  • What if my plans change and I cannot attend? Cancellations? Refunds? -- Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refunds for this event, you can always contact us to see if we can help you resell your spot.

  • Are tickets transferable? -- Our tickets are non-transferable. If a participant wants to transfer, they need to cancel their order and have the other party book directly through the site. Contact us for more information.

  • Do I need to bring a Ducati or Lamborghini only? -- No. We welcome all Exotic Supercar brands and all European Superbike brands to participate. All motorcycles and cars must pass technical inspection. If you have specific questions email Pablo Delgado, General Manager pdelgado@indigoautogroup.com

  • I have never ridden on a track, can I still attend? -- NO. This is not for first-timers. Novice/intermediate and experienced participants only. If you have never participated in a track event please email us to discuss your level.

  • What happens if it rains? -- The event will be rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, the track safety control may cancel the event or a portion of the event. The track may operate under wet conditions, but it is not likely that we'll cancel the event.

  • What kind of gear do I need to bring? -- You must have a full-faced DOT helmet and gauntlet gloves, for supercar drivers. For damage free full faced BSI, FIM, SNELL, or DOT helmet, gauntlet race gloves, a one-piece leather suit (or 3/4 zipper two-piece for Intermediate), back protector, and riding/race approved boots. No modular/flip-up helmets or aftermarket quick-release systems will be allowed.

  • Do I need to bring my own gear to come? -- YES. We will not have rental gear available.

  • I see photography will be complimentary, how do we get our photos? -- Following the event the photos will be uploaded to a website where you can download your photos directly. The URL will be provided to you from the our team within one or two weeks of event completion.

  • How do the session groups work at the track? -- The sessions will be broken down by rider skillset; A= Experienced, B= Novice /Intermediate, There will be Three (3) 20-minute sessions per hour per group.

  • When are the sessions at the track? -- Each session will begin with A Group, or B Group at the top of hour. Example, Superbike (SBK) Group 1 8:00am – 8:20am > Group 2 8:20am – 8:40am Group 1 8:40 – 9:00am. Supercar (SPC) Group 1 9:00am – 9:20am > Group 2 9:20am – 9:40am > Group 1 9:40 – 10:00am The Following hour group (2) will start at the top of the hour and continue to rotate throughout the day. The final times and session will be announced at the riders meeting.

  • Does my personal motorcycle or car have to undergo a Tech Inspection? -- Yes. Every car or motorcycle that goes on track will have a mandatory Tech Inspection by one of our designated tech inspectors.

  • What type of track prep for Motorcycles requirements are there? What if I don’t satisfy all the requirements? -- Every motorcycle on track must be track prepped, otherwise, it will not be permitted to run in a session. The track prep requirements are as follows: Taped mirrors, headlights, taillights, and blinkers. You may also unplug your taillight so it doesn’t light up.

  • What type of track prep for Supercars. Every Supercar must be in good working condition. -- Supercars must be in good working conditions, tires must have 50% tire tread or better, and show no signs of any damage or hazards.

  • Do I need to have medical insurance? -- Yes. Please provide a copy of your current medical insurance for verification.

  • Do I need a driver’s license with me? -- Yes. Every rider or driver who signs up for the event must be a minimum of 18 years old and carry a current driver's license.

  • If I am with a friend who also signed up, do I still need to have an emergency contact? -- Yes. You must provide an emergency contact.

  • How many sessions do we get on the Track? -- There will be (6) 20 minute sessions per group.

  • Any test rides available? -- No test rides will be available to cars or motorcycles.

  • Will food be provided? -- No. You will be able to purchase lunch at the Cota Cafe or other vendors onsite. We encourage you to bring any special snacks, drinks, or any supplement of your preference.

  • What are the operating hours at each track? -- Operating times may vary from track to track, but this is the basic schedule. You will be emailed with event specifics in advance of the event start.
    • 6:45am: Registration Begins
    • 7:15am: Mandatory Drivers/Riders meeting
    • 8:00am: Bikes on Track
    • 9:00am: Cars on Track
    • 12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch
    • 1:00pm: Track reopens
    • 5:00pm: Track Cold

  • Is camping permitted? What about hotels? Where do we stay? -- Camping won’t be available for this event. We have partnered up with JW Marriott Austin and we have a block of rooms available at a discounted rate. To book your room please visit using the code: (VITA) Guest Reservation Link

  • What if I am traveling by airplane to the event? -- Participants will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the track.

  • Is there fuel available on-site? -- Yes. Typically, each track does have on-site fuel options but octane and availability will vary. We recommend you bring any special fuel or fill up your tank before coming to the event.

  • Will you have any air or tire changing services? -- Participants are responsible for their own tires. Air will be available in selected garages.

  • What happens if I crash? -- If you crash, once you come in, you will be required to come into the control area to review the incident and crashed vehicle. If you, including your safety gear and vehicle (re teched), are safe to continue you would be released to ride or drive. If it is deemed that you were driving or riding in a reckless manner or endangering other participants you will not be allowed to continue. Participants assume all liability of their vehicles, themselves, track property, and facility damage.
